Louisa is a strategic, results-driven leader with an ability to conceptualize, develop, and implement action plans and create viable networks. A quick learner and succinct communicator with a tireless work ethic and positive attitude, she brings a wealth of professional and personal experience to her work with Lakos Management Services (LMS).

Previously a licensed Property Manager with WinMark Real Estate Services for three years, LLC. as well as Dwell Realty for one year, Louisa successfully managed all daily operations of both multi-family residential and commercial properties (portfolio included over 100 doors), including finances, marketing, tenant protocols, contract work, and client outreach. Achieving a tenant occupancy rate of 95% and an average tenure rate of 3 years.

Currently a Renovation and General Contractor Assistant at Resource Maintenance in Portland, Louisa understands properties from curb appeal down to the studs.

In addition to her property management expertise, Louisa is a long-time non-profit employee, volunteer,and advocate, serving for four years as the Operations and Development Coordinator at Southeast Uplift in Portland, and serving for three years as the Co-director of Feast 4Southeast, also in Portland. Prior to her work with these organizations, Louisa worked for REI Portland for five years, serving as both a Banking/Auditing Office Specialist and a Customer Service Specialist. Delivering 20 years of customer service excellence in diverse industries.

A natural at connecting with people, including interests in making an impact, engaging in meaningful projects, and facilitating vital conversations, Louisa traveled and worked in Southeast Asia for two years in addition to years of international travel spanning 18 countries.

Louisa holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies, with a double minor in Business and Biology, from the University of Oregon, and a Masters of Science in Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Safety from Middle Tennessee State University. She played soccer at U of O, and in her free time, Louisa travels, connects with her community of friends/family and can also be found outdoors, backpacking, hiking, and cycling.
