Advertise the property for rent on various websites
- Professional photographs will be used
Take calls, emails, texts from prospective tenants
Vet prospective tenants accordingly
Show the property by appointment
Accept applications from prospects
Perform a detailed background check (credit and criminal)
Verify Income and employment
Contact their previous landlord(s) and references
Prepare the lease documents and addenda
- Up to date with current landlord-tenant laws
Collect the application fee, security deposit and 1st month's rent
Forward the lease to you

Move In Walk Through

6 Month Inspection
